Catering to individuality is important to us. So we offer three distinct care settings, each with the appropriate mix of activity, sensory stimulation, and skilled nursing our Elders need to live full, happy lives.
f your loved one is in need of continuous, long-term care, MapleSpring is just the place. Clustered into four, intimate care settings, we provide 24-hour skilled nursing care along with a broad range of medical, personal and social services.
MapleSpring Elders typically need assistance with everyday tasks, such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, getting around or taking medications. We provide them with a highly trained support system of doctors, nurses and medical professionals in a safe and loving environment.
You'll find MapleSpring bustling with life and a positive spirit. Our Elders love the freedom of choosing their own daily activities, not an easy task thanks to our variety of options. On any given day, you'll find Elders engaged in friendly card games, getting their hands dirty tending to our plant life, or simply relaxing in front of the television in one of the lounges.
By creating a comfortable atmosphere, our Elders feel right at home and can continue doing the things they love. In fact, MapleSpring was purposely designed to encourage individuality. Each Elder is unique and in need of different forms of care. Our scope of services reflects this.
- Skilled nursing care
- Physical, occupational and speech therapies
- Respiratory care
- IV therapies
- Wound care
- Pain management
- Individualized meal plans
Upon arrival at MapleSpring, each Elder receives an individualized care plan outlining the mix of care and treatments he or she will receive. The care plan is determined by our team of caregivers and the Elder's physician. On a regular basis, this team meets to ensure the best care plan is in effect. Families are encouraged to attend these care plan meetings.
