Catering to individuality is important to us. So we offer three distinct care settings, each with the appropriate mix of activity, sensory stimulation, and skilled nursing our Elders need to live full, happy lives.

loved one in need of rehabilitative care following surgery or illness will be welcomed at WillowBend. This residential setting provides Elders with short-term sub-acute care, offering the same intensity of services found at a hospital, but in a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.

Typically with us for a short stay (around 30 days), WillowBend Elders receive 24-hour intensive skilled services, as well as any necessary physical, occupational or speech therapy. In this setting, our main goal is to provide your loved one with the mix of care he or she needs to return home and continue living independently. The care and treatments offered by our highly trained caregivers include:

• Skilled nursing care
• Physical, occupational and speech therapies
• Respiratory care
• IV therapies
• Wound care
• Pain management
• Individualized meal plans

If diminished health or ability to function prevents a loved one from returning home, he or she may transfer to MapleSpring, our long-term care setting, for continuous extended care.
